The Honourable Janet Austin, OBC
Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia
The Honourable Janet Austin OBC, Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia, is an Honorary Patron of the Grasslands Conservation Council of British Columbia.
Her Honour supports and encourages the work of the Grasslands Conservation Council of British Columbia because the wise stewardship and conservation of BC’s grasslands provides important environmental, social, and economic benefits to current and future generations.

Her Honour is Chancellor of the Order of British Columbia and was invested as a Member of the Order in 2016. She holds an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
